For the inaugural report of the Ministry of Manpower's Workplace Safety and Health Advisory Council, we adapted an octogonal sign, etched with a safety message instead of a “stop” symbol, as a simple central motif that encapsulates the urgency and importance of the Council's work. An industrial and construction setting serves as a quiet background.
